The Design Concierge Service
What can I use my design hours for?
Your hours can be used for a range of graphic design services – social media graphics, client documents, digital or printed materials, Canva templates, lead magnets, and more. If it supports your brand visually, we can likely help!
What if I don’t use all my hours one month?
Unused hours don’t roll over, but we’ll keep you updated on your usage and help you plan ahead so you make the most of your time. The service is designed to stay flexible and proactive.
Can I request something outside of what's listed?
Of course! If it falls under brand or graphic design, just ask. And if it’s something we don’t offer, we’re happy to recommend someone in our network.
How long do design tasks take?
It depends on the task! A set of just a few social graphics might take 1–2 hours, while a full client welcome pack might take 4–6. We’ll always give you a rough time estimate before we begin.
How do I request design work each month?
This is completely up to you! If you prefer it to be more formal we can ask you to complete a form at the beginning of each month, which will ask you to specify the design requests. Or if you would prefer to send details via email throughout the month, as and when work crops up, that’s fine too. Happy to work the way you feel most comfortable. We’ll then clarify priorities and timelines together for each piece of work, so that everything runs smoothly.
Can I upgrade or pause my package if my needs change?
Yes! This service is designed to flex with your business. If you need more or fewer hours, we’ll recommend a shift to a different plan – or a pause if things quiet down.
